#Rita in the Kitchen: Muffins aux Framboises

Esta é uma receita super rápida e super saudável! Sim, eu sei que são muffins mas… Não levam farinha nem açúcar! Ficam deliciosos e precisam de poucos ingredientes.

This is a quick and super healthy recipe! Yes, I know they’re muffins but… These ones don’t need any flour or sugar! So delicious and need just a few ingredients.

Ingredientes ❤ Ingredients
3 ovos | 3 eggs
2 bananas
Framboesas q.b. | Raspberries
Margarina vegetal ou óleo de côco | Vegetal margarine or coconut oil

Como fazer? | How to?
Esmaguem as bananas com um garfo, juntem os ovos e misturem tudo muito bem.

Mash the bananas with a fork, combine the eggs and mix everything very well.

Untem as formas para muffins com a margarina vegetal ou óleo de côco (eu gosto mais do sabor da margarina), coloquem a framboesa no fundo, encham com o preparado, e coloquem mais um pouco de framboesa no topo.

Grease the cupcake forms with margarine or coconut oil (I don’t like the taste of coconut oil), put the raspberries at the bottom, fill with the dough and put a little more raspberries on top.

Levem ao forno pré-aquecido a 200ºC entre 15 a 25 minutos. Quando estiverem dourados, retirem os muffins do forno, deixem arrefecer e desenformem. Deliciem-se e sejam felizes!

Take to the preheated oven at 200°C, between 15 to 25 minutes. When they’re golden, withdraw the muffins from the oven, let it cool and take them out of the forms.
